摘要
目的:调查消毒供应中心护士的职业防护行为情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:对本院消毒供应中心28名护士进行职业防护行为问卷调查,评估其职业防护行为状况,采用多元线性回归分析影响消毒供应中心护士职业防护行为状况的因素。结果:高年资、高学历及高职称护士的职业防护行为评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,第一学历和职称为消毒供应中心护士职业防护行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心护士防护行为现状不乐观,增强其知识储备和工作经验有助于提升护士的防护行为。
Objective:To investigate the occupational protection behavior and its influencing factors of nurses in disinfection supply centers.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 28 nurses in disinfection supply center of our hospital to evaluate their occupational protection behaviors,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the occupational protection behaviors of nurses in disinfection supply center.Results:Nurses with high seniority,high education and high professional titles had higher score of occupational protection behaviors,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the first-record of college and professional title were the main influencing factors on the occupational protection behavior of nurses in disinfection supply center(P<0.05).Conclusion:The current protective behaviors of nurses in disinfection supply center are inconsistent.Enhancing knowledge reserves and accumulating experience may help improve their protective behaviors.
