摘要
目的:对医院消毒供应质量管理与控制现状进行分析,进一步完善质量管理体系。方法:梳理消毒供应质量管理与控制相关文献资料,基于SWOT分析模型,深入剖析医院消毒供应中心质量管理与控制的内外部因素,明确自身优势与劣势,厘清外部机遇和威胁。结果:当前医院消毒供应质量管理与控制仍有不足之处,在落实制度标准、人员质量管理培训、消毒灭菌基础研究等方面有待进一步提升。结论:医院CSSD应建立完善的质量管理系统,加强专业人员岗位培训与考核,培养高素质专业人才;紧密围绕重点工作环节、高风险医疗器械、重点岗位人群开展质量控制活动;科学开展循证研究,采用信息化手段进行质量追溯管理。
Objective:To analyze the current status of hospital disinfection supply quality management and control,and further improve the quality management system.Methods:Sorting out the literature related to sterilization supply quality management and control,based on the SWOT analysis model,deeply analyzing the internal and external factors of quality management and control in hospital sterilization supply centers,clarifying their own advantages and disadvantages,and clarifying the external opportunities and threats.Results:There are still shortcomings in the current hospital disinfection supply quality management and control,which need to be further improved in the implementation of system standards,personnel quality management training,and basic research on disinfection and sterilization.Conclusion:Hospital CSSD should establish a perfect quality management system,strengthen the post-training and assessment of professionals,and cultivate high-quality professionals;closely focus on the key work links,high-risk medical devices,and key job groups to carry out quality control activities;scientifically carry out evidence-based research,and use information technology to carry out quality traceability management.
