摘要
废旧聚苯(EPS)颗粒与水泥砂浆混合,可获得保温性能较优的砂浆,但EPS颗粒的掺入对砂浆本身力学及耐水性能的影响不容忽视。研究了EPS粒径对低强度水泥砂浆力学及耐水性能的影响,得到了EPS水泥砂浆抗折与无侧限抗压强度、软化系数及折压比随EPS粒径的变化规律。试验结果表明,EPS颗粒的掺入将削弱水泥砂浆基体的抗折与抗压性能;当EPS颗粒的占比相同时,EPS粒径为2 mm配比的力学性能最优;养护条件对试件抗折、抗压强度、软化系数及折压比均有影响;折压比结果证实EPS颗粒可增强基体的韧性。
Mixing waste polystyrene(EPS)particles with cement mortar can obtain mortar with better thermal insulation performance,but the effect of EPS particles on the mortar's mechanical properties and water resistance cannot be ignored.In this paper,the influence of EPS particle size on the mechanical properties and water resistance of the low-strength cement mortar is studied,and the change rules of the bending and unconfined compressive strength,the softening coefficient and the bending/compressive ratio of the EPS-cement mortar are obtained.The test results show that the addition of EPS particles will weaken the bending and compressive properties of the cement mortar matrix.When the proportion of EPS particles is the same,the mechanical properties of the cement mortar mixed with 2 mm EPS particles are the best.The curing conditions have an influence on the bending strength,the compressive strength,the softening coefficient and the bending/compressive ratio of the samples.The bending/compressive ratio test results show that EPS particles can enhance the toughness of the matrix.
