EPS轻质可控性低强度材料耐久性试验研究

Experimental study on the durability of EPS lightweight controlled low strength materials

摘要 为解决回填工程中无法充分夯实的问题,将轻质材料EPS颗粒与可控性低强度材料(CLSM)相结合,制备了一种新型的轻质自密实回填材料(EPSCLSM)。通过对EPS颗粒进行改性处理,并开展干湿与冻融循环试验对改性前后EPS-CLSM的耐久性能进行对比研究。试验结果表明:干湿与冻融循环对EPS-CLSM的影响规律基本类似,即随着循环次数的增加,试件性能逐渐劣化;干湿循环对材料性能的影响较小,在循环多次后仍能保持良好的性能;材料受冻融循环的影响十分明显,在第1次循环时材料的性能即出现严重的劣化;EPS颗粒经改性处理后所制备试件的内部孔隙被明显细化,是改性EPSCLSM耐久性能改善的本质原因。研究成果可以为EPS-CLSM的实际工程应用提供理论参考。 To solve the problem of insufficient compaction in backfill projects,a new lightweight self-compacting backfill material(EPS-CLSM)was prepared by combining the lightweight material EPS particles with controlled low-strength material(CLSM).With the modified EPS particles,the durability of the specimens before and after modification was compared by conducting wet-dry and freeze-thaw cycle tests.The test results show that the effects of wet-dry and freeze-thaw cycles on EPS-CLSM are basically similar,which means that the specimen properties are gradually deteriorated with the increase of the number of cycles.The wet-dry cycle has little effect on the properties of the material,and the material maintains good properties after several cycles.The material is obviously affected by freeze-thaw cycles,and the performance of the material deteriorates seriously in the first cycle.After the modification of EPS particles,the internal pores of the specimen are obviously refined,which is the essential reason for the improvement in the durability of the modified EPS-CLSM.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the practical engineering application of EPS-CLSM.
