超稳定聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒(EPS)混凝土的制备及力学性能研究

摘要 聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒(EPS)混凝土作为绿色环保建材,具有广阔的应用前景,但EPS颗粒具有憎水性,导致EPS混凝土力学性能较低,无法用于结构建筑。为解决这一技术难题,使用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)作为EPS颗粒改性剂,并复掺硅灰,提高了EPS混凝土的工作性能和力学性能。在此基础上,研究了HPMC用量、硅灰掺量以及EPS粒径对EPS混.凝土力学性能的影响,结果表明:HPMC用量03‰,硅灰掺量10%~15%时,EPS混凝土的工作性能最好;且相同配合比下,EPS混凝土抗压强度随EPS颗粒粒径增大而减小。 As a green and environmentally friendly building material,Expanded Polystyrene(EPS)concrete has broad application prospects,but EPS particles have hydrophobicity,resulting in low mechanical properties of EPS concrete,which can not be used in structural construction.In order to solve this technical problem,this study uses hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether(HPMC)as the modifier of EPS particles,and mixed silica fume,improve the working and mechanical properties of EPS concrete.On this basis,the effects of the amount of HPMC,the amount of silica fume and the particle size of EPS on the mechanical properties of EPS concrete are studied.The results show that when the amount of HPMC is 0.3‰and the amount of silica fume is 10%~15%,the working performance of EPS concrete is the best.Under the same mix ratio,the compressive strength of EPS concrete decreases with the increase of EPS particle size.
