摘要
目的了解高职院校护理教师医院实践影响因素,寻找改善对策,提升实践效果,提高育人质量。方法对某高职院校护理教师、接收教师实践的聊城市一所二级甲等医院、两所三级乙等医院的护理人员共89人进行问卷调查。结果影响护理教师去医院实践的个人层面因素包括参与其他任务、角色不适应等;家庭层面因素包括照护孩童、与家庭计划安排冲突等;学校层面因素包括激励政策不足、岗位职责要求不清等。医院认为临床带教护士安排、教师办公场所提供、潜在护(医)患矛盾等也是教师去医院实践的影响因素。结论应通过建立更为人性化的企业实践制度、不断深入医院与学校合作、持续关注教师和护理人员的实际需求等措施,有效改善护理教师医院实践质量。
Objective To learn the influencing factors of hospital practice of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,find improvement strategies,enhance practical effectiveness,and improve the quality of education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 89 respondents,including nursing teachers from higher vocational colleges and practicing instructors from one Class I Grade-A hospital and two ClassⅢI Grade-B hospitals in Liaocheng City.Results Personal factors that affect nursing teachers practice in hospitals include participation in other tasks,role maladjustment,etc.Family factors include caring for children,conflicts with family planning arrangements,etc.At the school,factors include insufficient incentive policies and unclear job responsibilities.The hospital believes that the arrangement of clinical teaching nurses,the provision of teachers'office space,and the potential contradiction between nurses(doctors)and patients are also the influencing factors for teachers to practice in hospitals.Conclusion Measures such as establishing a more humane corporate practice system,continuously deepening cooperation between hospitals and colleges,and continuously paying attention to the actual needs of teachers and nursing staff should be taken to effectively improve the quality of nursing teachers'hospital practice.
