摘要
某重型机械公司生产过程中主要产生脱脂废水和锆化废水,对脱脂废水采用破乳沉淀和气浮工艺进行除油,对锆化废水采用两级除氟工艺进行除氟,2种废水经预处理后与生活污水混合,再采用MBBR工艺处理。工程调试运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,当进水COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷、氟离子的质量浓度分别为483、49.1、58.3、6.2和38.6 mg/L时,出水COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷、氟离子的质量浓度分别为156、19.7、31.4、1.2和0.98 mg/L。出水水质符合GB/T 31962—2015《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》中的B级标准,并满足企业内控要求。
In the production process of a heavy machinery manufacturing enterprise,degreasing wastewater and zirconium conversion wastewater are mainly generated.For degreasing wastewater,an emulsion-breaking precipitation and air flotation process was adopted for oil removal;while for zirconium conversion wastewater,a two-stage fluoride removal process was employed for defluoridation.After treatment,the two kinds of wastewater were mixed with domestic sewage and further treated using MBBR process.The commissioning and operation results showed that the system ran stably.When the mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and fluoride ions in the influent water were 483,49.1,58.3,6.2,and 38.6 mg/L,respectively,the corresponding indicators in the effluent water were 156,19.7,31.4,1.2,and 0.98 mg/L,respectively.The effluent water quality met the Class B standard specified in GB/T 31962—2015 Wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers and complied with the enterprise′s internal control standards.
