摘要 曝气生物滤池可以用于石化污水的二段生化处理,是一种运行可靠、自动化程度高、出水水质好和抗冲击能力强的好氧生物处理新工艺。它与活性污泥法工艺相比,对于低基质污水二段生化工况,其有机物容积负荷高,污水停留时间短,其后不须设置二次沉淀池。与普通生物滤池相比,其占地面积小,不宜堵塞。与生物接触氧化方法相比,生物活性较高,处理效果好。曝气生物滤池集曝气池、二次沉淀池和滤池的功能于一身,其出水水质指标可以完全达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。 The biological aerated filter (BAF) is a further biochemical reliable operation technology for treatment of petrochemical wastewater by using the oxidation biological process. This technology has the advantages of high-degree automation, good water-treated quality and better impact resistance. In comparison with the activated sludge process, BAF has higher organic volume load based on secondary oxidation biological processes with low organic concentration, shorter stopping time for wastewater and without secondary sedimentation tank. Compared with the ordinary biological filter, BAF has smaller size and lack of plug. In addition, BAF has higher biological reactive and better water quality than the biological oxidation. BAF integrates the functions of aeration tanks, secondary sedimentation tank and filter in one unit. The treated water quality fully meets the 《Comprehensive Discharge Effluent Standards》(GB8978-1996).
