摘要
区别于传统的生产工艺和配方,本试验研制了一种橡胶型高分子防水卷材,将三元乙丙(EPDM)橡胶颗粒、热塑性弹性体(POE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、阻燃剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和色母,通过高速混料、高温热融、挤压成型得到片材,在片材上进行热熔涂胶撒砂,形成一种橡胶型高分子防水卷材。该材料具有弹性恢复率高、柔软好、耐热性佳等特点。
Unlike traditional production methods,this experiment created a rubber-based polymer waterproof membrane.It combined ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)rubber granules,polyolefin elastomer(POE),polypropylene(PP),polyethylene(PE),flame retardants,antioxidants,UV absorbers,and color masterbatches.The process involved high-speed mixing,high-temperature melting,and extrusion to produce sheets.A hot-melt adhesive was then applied to the sheets,followed by sand coating,resulting in a rubber-based polymer waterproof membrane.This material exhibits high elastic recovery,excellent flexibility,and good heat resistance.
