摘要
聚烯烃弹性体(POE)是高性能聚烯烃的重要品种,在太阳能光伏电池、聚合物增韧改性、鞋材和汽车等领域有着重要的应用,其生产和应用是各个生产商关注的重点。本文综述了近年来茂金属POE生产技术和应用领域的最新进展,涉及POE产品结构特点、烯烃聚合工艺和产品性能及应用领域等方面。探讨了我国POE产业的发展现状及存在的问题,并提出了我国POE生产和应用技术的发展方向。
Polyolefin elastomer(POE)is an important variety of high-performance polyolefin,which has important applications in solar photovoltaic cells,polymer toughening and modification,footwear and automotive fields,and its production and application are the focus of attention of various producers.This paper reviews the latest progress of metallocene POE production technology and application fields in recent years,involving the structural characteristics of POE products,olefin polymerization process and product properties and application fields.It discusses the development status and problems of POE industry in China,and puts forward the development direction of POE production and application technology in China.
