摘要
医用敷料已从被动覆盖伤口向主动促进愈合的功能性转变。聚焦于天然聚合物开发静电纺丝医用敷料的研究,梳理用于静电纺丝的主要材料,论述多糖类、蛋白质类以及天然树脂、橡胶等天然聚合物材料的特性与应用,探讨天然聚合物静电纺纳米纤维材料在生物医药领域的应用潜力。
Medical dressings have evolved from passively covering wounds to actively promoting healing through functional transformation.This paper focuses on research into the development of electrospun medical dressings based on natural polymers.It reviews the primary materials used in electrospinning,with a main discussion on the characteristics and applications of polysaccharides,proteins,as well as other natural polymer materials such as natural resins and rubber.The application potential of electrospun nanofiber materials derived from natural polymers in the biomedical field is also explored.
