摘要
数智赋能是乡村振兴战略的重要发展方向,也是建设数字中国的重要体现。当前,随着数字技术在各领域的推广与应用,乡村地区的数智化发展虽然取得了一定成果,但整体进展仍较缓慢,存在基础设施薄弱、数智化管理模式滞后、高端复合型人才短缺及政策供给不足等亟待解决的问题。因此,深入研究乡村数智平台的适农性改造具有重要意义。这不仅有助于使数智平台更好地适应乡村发展需求,也能为乡村振兴提供有力支持。基于TOE框架,剖析了乡村数智平台建设的现实困境,明确了粤北N市乡村数智平台建设问题的解决策略,以推动当地乡村发展与建设。
Empowering with digital intelligence is an important development direction of rural revitalization strategy and an important manifestation of building a digital China.Currently,with the promotion and application of digital technology in various fields,although the digitalization development in rural areas has achieved certain results,the overall progress is still relatively slow,and there are urgent problems to be solved such as weak infrastructure,lagging digitalization management models,shortage of high-end composite talents,and insufficient policy supply.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on the agricultural adaptation transformation of rural digital intelligence platforms.This not only helps to better adapt the digital intelligence platform to the needs of rural development,but also provides strong support for rural revitalization.Based on the TOE framework,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties in the construction of rural digital intelligence platforms and clarifies the solutions to the problems of rural digital intelligence platform construction in N city,Northern Guangdong,in order to promote local rural development and construction.
