空压机励磁碳刷长周期运行的研究

摘要 针对化工装置中空压系统装置的安全运行问题,结合空压机的励磁控制原理及某化工装置空压系统装置工程概况,对励磁碳刷使用周期短的原因进行系统分析。研究结果表明,励磁碳刷使用周期短问题的主要原因是手工研磨碳刷圆面弧度难以控制、研磨碳刷达不到技术要求,因此研发了一种新型碳刷研磨机,以使研磨后的碳刷曲面与滑环接合面基本吻合,有效避免同步机开机时碳刷打火灼伤滑环的问题。同时,该技术攻克了碳刷刷辫断裂的难题,效果显著。 In response to the safety operation concerns of the air compression system in chemical installations,this study analyzes the excitation control principles of air compressors and provides an overview of the air compression system project in a specific chemical plant.A systematic analysis is conducted to determine the reasons behind the short service life of excitation carbon brushes.The research indicates that the main issue stems from the difficulty in manually grinding the carbon brush arc surface to meet technical standards.To address this,a new type of carbon brush grinding machine was developed.This machine ensures a better fit between the carbon brush surface and the slip ring,effectively avoiding sparking and damage to the slip ring during synchronous machine startup.Additionally,this technology effectively resolves the problem of carbon brush braid breakage,showing significant results.
