基于TRIZ理论的复拌式就地热再生设备设计研究

摘要 随着绿色低碳理念在道路养护领域的深化,就地热再生技术因兼具资源循环与能耗控制的优势,成为道路维护装备创新的重要方向。然而,传统设计方法在解决设备热效率应用优化、系统构造优化等复合矛盾时存在理论工具局限。该研究基于TRIZ创新理论体系,针对复拌式就地热再生设备设计中的多目标冲突问题,构建技术矛盾矩阵和对象模型分析的协同映射框架。通过矛盾矩阵筛选核心创新原理,结合对象模型分析法,对机械系统进行适应性简化,形成面向复杂热工机械的创新设计路径。 With the deepening of the green and low-carbon concept in the field of road maintenance,re-mixing type in-situ thermal recycling technology,which combines the advantages of resource recycling and energy consumption control,has become an important direction for the innovation of road maintenance equipment.However,traditional design methods have theoretical tool limitations when addressing complex contradictions such as the application optimization of equipment thermal efficiency and the optimization of system construction.This research is based on the TRIZ innovative theoretical system and aims at the multi-objective conflict problem in the design of the remixing re-mixing type in-situ thermal recycling equipment.It constructs a collaborative mapping framework for the analysis of the technical contradiction matrix and the object model.Through the contradiction matrix to screen the core innovation principles,combined with the object model analysis to adaptively simplify the mechanical system,an innovative design path for complex thermal machinery is formed.
