摘要
为了解决传统滤网茶杯因滤网老化、藏污垢、有异味等问题,运用TRIZ理论对传统的滤网杯进行创新性结构设计,得到一种无滤网茶杯。新型的茶杯可以实现传统的过滤功能,同时避免增加系统的复杂度和有害作用引入,并对其进行了有限元分析,验证设计强度和合理性,为茶杯的设计提供了新的设计思路。
To address issues such as filter aging,dirt accumulation,and odor retention in traditional teacups with filters,TRIZ theory was applied to conduct an innovative structural design of traditional filtered teacups,resulting in a filter-free teacup.This new-type teacup can achieve the filtering function of traditional teacups while avoiding an increase in system complexity and the introduction of adverse effects.Additionally,finite element analysis was performed on it to verify the design strength and rationality,providing a new approach for teacup design.
