摘要
本文系统梳理了中国建材总院检验检测学科七十余年的发展历程,通过历史文献分析与实证研究,揭示了该学科由基础检测技术向综合性质量服务体系的演进路径。中国建材总院检验检测学科建设历经初创奠基(1950—1980)、体系构建(1981—2005)、创新引领(2006年2020年)、迈向新征程(2021年—至今)四个阶段,形成“技术专利化—专利标准化—标准国际化”的创新发展模式,实现了从服务国家工业生产向市场化、国际化科技服务型企业的发展路径转型。本研究为传统检测机构向科技服务型企业转型提供了重要参照与实践范式。
This paper systematically reviews the 70-year development history of the testing and inspection discipline at China National Building Material Inspection and Certification Group(CNBM-CTC).Through historical literature analysis and empirical research,it reveals the evolution of this discipline from basic testing technologies to a comprehensive quality service system.The study shows that the discipline construction at CNBM-CTC has gone through four stages:initial establishment(1950-1980),system construction(1981-2005),leapfrog development(2006-2020),and innovation leadership(2021-present),forming an innovative development model of“technology patentization-patent standardization-standard internationalization”.The paper focuses on analyzing landmark achievements such as the formulation of 16 international standards and the construction of 7 national-level testing platforms,and explores the transformation direction of the discipline under the“dual carbon”strategy.This research provides theoretical references and practical paradigms for the transformation of traditional inspection institutions into technology service-oriented enterprises.
