摘要
标准升级是推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎。随州市作为湖北省特色产业集聚区,在农业、专用汽车、文旅等领域优势显著,但经济高质量发展仍面临产业附加值不高、市场竞争力不足等瓶颈。本文以标准升级为切入点,结合随州产业结构特点,提出通过构建特色产业标准体系、推动标准国际化、强化标准与创新协同、完善保障机制等路径,助力随州实现产业链升级、品牌价值提升和全球竞争力增强,为随州整体提升环境、助力支点建设提供坚实支撑。
Standards upgrading is an important engine for promoting high-quality economic development.As a characteristic industrial cluster area in Hubei province,Suizhou city has signifi cant advantages in agriculture,special vehicles,culture,tourism and other fields.However,its high-quality economic development still faces bottlenecks such as low industrial added value and insufficient market competitiveness.Combined with the characteristics of Suizhou’s industrial structure,this article takes the upgrading of standards as the starting point,and proposes ways to help Suizhou achieve industrial chain upgrading,brand value enhancement,and global competitiveness enhancement by building a standards system for characteristic industries,promoting standards internationalization,strengthening the synergy between standards and innovation,and improving guarantee mechanisms.It provides a solid support for Suizhou’s overall environmental improvement and supports the construction of pivot points.
