摘要
国家通用语言文字是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要纽带,也是边疆地区实现乡村全面振兴、跨境交流的基础支撑。该文以滇西科技师范学院“火塘边青树下”国门推普实践团社会实践为研究对象,通过“高校+地方+跨境群体”三维协同推普模式、“四个一”核心推普内容及“三大特色模块”推普路径的实践探索,提炼边疆高校参与推普工作的优势与经验。同时,针对实践中存在的资源投入与持续供给有限、长效机制与常态化建设不完善及内生动力与文化认同的深度融合面临挑战等问题,提出强化政策与资源保障、构建常态化长效化机制及激发当地文化内生动力等对策,以期为同类边疆高校开展国家通用语言文字推广工作提供可资借鉴的实践范式。
The national common language and script are important links in forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation,and also the foundation for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and cross-border communication in border areas.This article takes the social practice"Under the Green Tree by the Fire Pond"of national border promotion practice team at West Yunnan University as the research object.Through the practical exploration of the"university+local+cross-border group"three-dimensional collaborative promotion model,the"four ones"core promotion content,and the"three characteristic modules"promotion path,the advantages and experiences of border universities participating in the promotion work are extracted.At the same time,in response to the problems of limited resource investment and continuous supply,incomplete long-term mechanisms and normalization construction,and challenges in the deep integration of endogenous motivation and cultural identity in practice,measures are proposed to strengthen policy and resource guarantees,construct normalized long-term mechanisms,and stimulate local cultural endogenous motivation,in order to provide a practical paradigm for similar borderline universities to carry out the promotion of national common language and script.
