摘要
本文以广西桂西北地区某综合院校为例,深入剖析边疆高校毕业生就业面临的地理、经济、资源与观念四重约束,探讨其就业突围路径。研究发现,边疆地区地处偏远、经济发展滞后、就业资源有限及传统就业观念等多重因素交织,构成了毕业生就业的结构性困境。该校通过政策协同、平台搭建、能力提升与观念引导等多元举措,有效拓宽了毕业生就业空间。本文在此基础上,提出构建政府—高校—社会—毕业生“四维联动”的就业促进机制,为破解边疆高校就业难题提供参考。
This paper takes a comprehensive university in Northwest Guangxi as a case study to conduct an in-depth analysis of the fourfold constraints—geographical,economic,resource-related,and conceptual—faced by graduates of frontier universities in securing employment,while exploring paths for employment breakthroughs.The study reveals that the interweaving of multiple factors,including the remote location of frontier regions,backward economic development,limited employment resources,and traditional employment concepts,has created a structural dilemma for graduates'employment.The university in question has effectively expanded graduates̓employment opportunities through diversified measures such as policy coordination,platform construction,capacity building,and conceptual guidance.On this basis,the paper proposes the establishment of a"four-dimensional linkage"employment promotion mechanism involving the government,universities,society,and graduates,aiming to provide reference for solving the employment challenges of frontier universities.
