摘要
在海南自由贸易港的建设背景下,琼菜文化作为海南饮食文化的重要组成部分,正在经历传承与创新的双重变革。本文以琼菜文化的资源类别为基础,结合自由贸易港政策、跨境交流及旅游产业融合的实际情况,剖析琼菜文化的国际传播路径与创新发展驱动因素。研究表明,自由贸易港的政策环境为琼菜文化提供了更广阔的传播渠道与商业化契机,但琼菜品牌认知度较低、产业化发展滞后和数字化宣传不足等问题仍旧突出。针对此,通过系统的品牌建设、数字化推广与对文化内涵的深度挖掘,可有效推动琼菜文化在国际化语境中的广泛传播与可持续发展。
Against the backdrop of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,Qiongcai culture,as an important component of Hainan's food culture,is undergoing a dual transformation of inheritance and innovation.Based on the resource categories of Qiongcai culture,combined with the policies of free trade ports,cross-border exchanges,and the integration of the tourism industry,this article analyzes the international dissemination path and innovative development driving factors of Qiongcai culture.Research has shown that the policy environment of free trade ports provides broader channels for the dissemination and commercialization of Qiongcai culture,but problems such as low brand awareness,lagging industrialization development,and insufficient digital promotion of Qiongcai are still prominent.In response to this,through systematic brand building,digital promotion,and in-depth exploration of cultural connotations,it can effectively promote the widespread dissemination and sustainable development of Qiongcai culture in an international context.
