摘要
针对船舶发电机组负载试验面临的问题,提出船舶发电机组负载试验中的储能式负载装置应用设计。介绍储能式负载装置组成,结合船舶发电机组负载试验项目开发储能式负载装置应用功能,并论述储能式负载装置电流冲击抑制技术。研究结果表明,储能式负载装置不仅可基于智能能量管理系统对储能双向变流器进行调节,完成对船舶发电机组加载功率的调节,而且可对电能利用起到削峰填谷作用,节约船厂的用电支出。
In view of the problems faced in load test of ship generator set,the application design of energy storage type load device in load test of ship generator set is proposed.The composition of energy storage type load device is introduced,the application functions of energy storage type load device are developed in combination with the load test projects of ship generator set,and the current impulse suppression technology of energy storage type load device is discussed.The research results show that the energy storage type load device not only can regulate the energy storage bidirectional converter based on the intelligent energy management system to complete the loading power regulation of ship generator set,but also can play a role in peak shaving and valley filling for electric energy utilization to save the electricity expenditure of shipyards.
