摘要
目的:分析标准化护理在老年中晚期食管癌放射治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将70例老年食管癌患者纳入研究,均在2022年1月—2024年12月期间于连云港市东海县人民医院接受放射治疗,依据随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(35例,实施标准化护理)与对照组(35例,实施常规护理)。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.046)。与护理前相比,两组护理后的积极态度、积极行动、亲密关系评分升高,认知疲乏、情感疲乏、躯体疲乏评分均降低,且与对照组相比,试验组改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,试验组放射性食管炎、皮炎总发生率更低(P=0.040)。结论:标准化护理在老年中晚期食管癌放射治疗患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者希望水平、护理满意度,减轻癌因性疲劳,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on elderly patients with middle to late-stage esophageal can⁃cer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were included in the study.All re⁃ceived radiotherapy at Donghai County People's Hospital of Lianyungang between January 2022 and December 2024.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an experimental group(35 cases,receiving standardized nurs⁃ing care)and a control group(35 cases,receiving routine nursing care).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Re⁃sults:The overall nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.046).Compared with before nursing,both groups showed increased scores in positive attitude,proactive behavior,and intimate relationships after nursing,while scores of cognitive fatigue,emotional fatigue,and physical fatigue decreased,and the improvement in the experi⁃mental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a lower total incidence of radiation esophagitis and dermatitis(P=0.040).Conclusion:The application effect of standardized nursing in elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy is significant.It can improve the patients'hope level and nursing satisfaction,reduce cancer-related fatigue,and lower the incidence of complications.
