摘要
目的研究食管癌患者围术期护理中实施标准化激励护理模式产生的价值。方法以本院2020年10月-2021年10月收治的62例食管癌患者作为本次样本,以随机数字表方法分组,将上述患者分为对照组与观察组,每组均为31例。对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组采用标准化激励式护理,比较两组术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间、心理健康状况与护理满意度。结果观察组首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在SAS评分、SDS评分项目的比较中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一般满意、非常满意的患者人数多于对照组,整体满意度较高,组间资料差异大(P<0.05)。结论采取标准化激励措施对食管癌患者进行护理效果显著,能够改善焦虑、抑郁不良心理,提高满意度,对早期下床活动、缩短住院时间意义重大。
Objective To study the value of standardized incentive nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 62 cases of esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the samples.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,the observation group took standardized incentive nursing,compared the two groups after the first time out of bed activity,hospital stay,mental health status and nursing satisfaction.Results The time of first ambulation and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in SAS score and SDS score between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The number of patients in the observation group who were generally satisfied or very satisfied was higher than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction was higher.The data difference between groups was large(P<0.05),which was judged to be statistically significant.Conclusion The use of standardized incentive measures for patients with esophageal cancer nursing effect is significant,can improve anxiety,depression,improve satisfaction,early out of bed activity,shorten the length of hospital stay is significant.
