摘要
目的探讨肝癌合并肝硬化患者癌因性疲乏与心理状态的相关性。方法收集82例肝癌合并肝硬化患者的临床资料,评价所有患者的癌因性疲乏程度[癌症疲乏量表(CFS)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)],分析肝癌合并肝硬化患者癌因性疲乏与心理状态的相关性。结果82例肝癌合并肝硬化患者的CFS评分为(40.72±4.89)分,癌因性疲乏水平较高,其中以躯体疲乏评分最高,且存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁。肝癌合并肝硬化患者CFS各维度评分及总分与SAS、SDS评分均呈正相关(P﹤0.01)。多元线性回归分析发现,焦虑抑郁、家庭人均月收入均为肝癌合并肝硬化患者CFS评分的影响因素(P﹤0.01)。结论肝癌合并肝硬化患者的癌因性疲乏与心理状态有关,心理状态越差,癌因性疲乏越严重。
Objective To explore the correlation between cancer-related fatigue and psychological state in patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis.Method The clinical data of 82 patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis were collected.The cancer-related fatigue degree[cancer fatigue scale(CFS)]and psychological states[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]of all patients were evaluated.The correlation between cancer-related fatigue and psychological states in patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis was analyzed.Result The CFS score of 82 patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis was(40.72±4.89)points.The level of cancer-related fatigue was relatively high,among which the score of physical fatigue was the highest,and there were anxiety and depression of varying degrees.The scores of each dimension and the total score of CFS in patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis were positively correlated with the scores of SAS and SDS(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that anxiety and depression,as well as per capita monthly income of the family were influencing factors for the CFS score of patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis(P<0.01).Conclusion Cancer-related fatigue in patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis is related to psychological state.The worse the psychological state,the more severe the cancer-related fatigue.
