强韧性特高强度镀锌制绳钢丝的研制 被引量:8

摘要 选取Φ8.0mm82A盘条为原材料,拉拔至Φ6.20mm半成品后,在加热温度为880~920℃(每10℃为一个试验段),铅淬火温度为540~560℃(每5℃为一个试验段),收线速度为7~11m/min(每1m/min为一个试验段)时进行试验,结果表明,在加热温度为900℃,铅淬火温度为550℃,收线速度为9m/min时,Φ6.20mm半成品钢丝热处理后抗拉强度达到1365MPa,钢丝索氏体体积分数大于96%,且组织细小均匀。将Φ6.20mm钢丝拉拔至Φ2.40mm,经电镀锌后钢丝扭转值为29.1次,弯曲值为16.1次,抗拉强度为2209MPa,锌层面质量为243g/mm2,符合企业内控标准,满足用户要求。 To take diameter 8.0 mm 82A wire rod as raw material, when it is drawn to diameter 6.2 mm semi-finished product, experiment was done in the following conditions such as heating temperature at 880 -920℃ each 10 ℃ as an experiment point, patenting temperature at 540 -560 ℃, each 5 ℃ as an experiment point, take-up speed from 7 m/min to 11 m/min, each 1 m/min as an experiment point. Results show that the tensile strength of diameter 6.20 mm steel wire after heat treatment of heating temperature at 900℃, patenting temperature at 550 ℃, take-up speed 9 m/min. Sorbite rate is higher than 96% , and microstructure is fine and uniform. When steel wire is drawn from diameter 6.20 mm to 2.40 mm, the torsion value of steel wire after zinc electro-plating is 29.1, bending value is 16.1, tensile strength value is 2 209 MPa, zinc coating mass is 243 g/mm2 , which meet internal control standard and satisfy customer's requirements.
