摘要
为满足跨江跨海大桥对高强度、高可靠性缆索的需求,通过优化高碳钢盘条成分设计,并采用盐浴替代铅浴处理,成功开发出∅7 mm 2100 MPa级桥梁缆索用热镀锌铝钢丝。所设计的QS92Si盘条主要化学成分:w(C)=0.93%~0.95%,w(Si)=1.0%~1.1%,w(Mn)=0.5%~0.6%,w(Cr)=0.3%~0.4%。试制结果表明,经盐浴处理后,QS92Si盘条抗拉强度由1390~1460 MPa提高至1550~1650 MPa,断面收缩率由21%~28%提高至27%~33%;珠光体片层平均宽度由风冷态的90 nm细化至70 nm,满足制备∅7 mm 2100 MPa级热镀锌铝钢丝的原料要求。最终成品钢丝的平均抗拉强度为2160 MPa,平均断后伸长率为5.6%,平均扭转为19次,其余各项性能指标均符合标准要求。
To meet the requirements of river and sea crossing bridges for high strength and high reliability cables,hot-dip galvanized aluminum steel wire for bridge cables of diameter 7 mm 2100 MPa grade was successfully developed by optimizing composition design of high carbon steel wire rod and using salt bath instead of lead bath treatment.Main chemical composition of QS92Si wire rod designed is w(C)=0.93%~0.95%,w(Si)=1.0%~1.1%,w(Mn)=0.5%~0.6%,w(Cr)=0.3%~0.4%.Results show that after salt bath treatment,QS92Si wire rod tensile strength increases from 1390~1460 MPa to 1550~1650 MPa,and reduction of area increases from 21%~28%to 27%~33%;average width of pearlite lamellae is refined from 90 nm in air-cooled state to 70 nm,which meets the requirements of preparing diameter 7 mm 2100 MPa grade hot-dip galvanized aluminum steel wire.The average tensile strength of finished steel wire is 2160 MPa,average elongation after fracture is 5.6%,and average torsion is 19.Other performance indexes meet standard requirements.
