摘要
目的:深入了解老年精神障碍病人对“互联网+护理服务”的认知及需求,为开展优质、高效的网约护理服务提供参考。方法:采用现象学研究方法,选取2022年10月—2023年6月天津市某三级精神专科医院16例康复期老年精神障碍病人进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步法对资料进行分析并提炼主题。结果:将老年精神障碍病人对“互联网+护理服务”的需求归纳为3个主题,即对“互联网+护理服务”认知不到位,使用愿意不一致;期待专业可靠的“互联网+护理服务”,包括病人对护士专业能力、互联网平台服务水平及服务内容的需求;对支持性关系的需求强烈,包括病人对心理、情感支持及社会支持的需求。结论:老年精神障碍病人对“互联网+护理服务”需求尤为突出,应及时构建并实施适合老年精神障碍病人的网约护理服务,重视病人的心理需求,以达到生命质量和健康水平的提升。
Objective:To develop a comprehensive comprehension of the cognition and requirements of elderly patients with mental disorders regarding the"Internet+nursing service",and provide reference for high⁃quality and efficient online nursing service.Methods:The researchers utilized phenomenological research method to purposively select a sample of 16 elderly patients with mental disorders from a tertiary psychiatric hospital in Tianjin between October 2022 and June 2023.Semi⁃structured interviews were conducted with the participants,and the data obtained were subjected to analysis using the Colaizzi content analytical method.Results:The requirements of elderly patients with mental disorders regarding the"Internet+nursing service"were classified into three main themes:inadequate understanding of the"Internet+nursing service"varying levels of willingness to utilize it,and inconsistent willingness to pay for it.These patients expressed the need for a competent and reliable"Internet+nursing service",which encompasses the expertise of healthcare professionals,the quality of the Internet platform's services,and the content of the provided assistance.Furthermore,these patients expressed significant needs for psychological,emotional,and social support,along with a strong desire for supportive relationships.Conclusion:Elderly mental disorder patients exhibit a significant need for the"Internet+nursing service".It is crucial to promptly establish and execute an appropriate online nursing service specifically designed for these patients.Attention should be given to addressing their psychological requirements in order to enhance their overall quality of life and good health in old age.
