摘要
目的:分析山东省“互联网+护理服务”实践现状,为推动护理服务的创新发展,提升“互联网+护理服务”质量提供参考。方法:对山东省2023年“互联网+护理服务”医疗机构分布、服务项目、质量管理、护理服务成本等进行回顾性分析。结果:2023年,山东省开展“互联网+护理服务”医疗机构共535家,服务项目已开展8类55项,累计服务67292人,患者接受“互联网+护理服务”与前往医院就医相比更加便捷,服务平均耗时均小于1 h。结论:山东省通过加强“互联网+护理服务”体系建设,规范制度流程,强化技能培训,重视流程监管,不断提升“互联网+护理服务”质量,为患者提供了专业、同质、便捷的医疗服务。但还需要进一步完善服务模式,使更多需求者受益。
Objective:To summarize the practical experience of"Internet+Nursing Service"in Shandong province,so as to provide references for promoting the innovative development of nursing service and improving the quality of"Internet+Nursing Service".Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the distribution of"Internet+Nursing Service"medical institutions,service items,quality management and the cost of"Internet+Nursing Service"in 2023.Results:A total of 535 medical institutions carried out"Internet+Nursing Service"on 55 items in 8 categories,with 67292 people.The"Internet+Nursing Service"were more economical and convenient comparing to visiting hospital.Conclusion:"Internet+Nursing Service"strengthens the examination and approval of admission and the supervision of service process,strengthens the nurses'consciousness of practicing according to the law,and standardizes the"Internet+Nursing Service",so as to provide patients with professional,homogeneous,convenient medical services.However,the service model needs to be further improved to benefit more demanders.
