中老铁路现代物流货运服务品牌优化对策研究

摘要 在“一带一路”倡议深度推进的战略背景下,中老铁路作为连接中国与东南亚的关键交通枢纽,其货运服务品牌打造是提升铁路物流核心竞争力、推动跨境物流高效协同及区域经济一体化发展的重要支撑。聚焦中老铁路货运服务品牌实践现状,梳理“云鹏·畅流国际”“澜湄快线”等品牌实践现状与市场适配逻辑,剖析品牌在构建差异化运输优势、凝聚职工服务合力、推动物流与产业深度融合、完善现代物流体系中的核心价值。针对品牌发展面临的地域局限、效能瓶颈等挑战,从国际市场、服务流程、理念引领、产品供给、品牌价值、管理机制、产业协同等维度提出优化对策,助力中老铁路成为“一带一路”跨境物流标杆,推动中国—东南亚贸易升级与区域经济协同发展。 Under the strategic context of deepening the Belt and Road Initiative,the China-Laos Railway serves as a critical transportation corridor linking China and Southeast Asia.The development of its freight service brand is essential for enhancing the core competitiveness of railway logistics,facilitating efficient cross-border logistics coordination,and supporting regional economic integration.Focusing on the current state of the railway's freight service branding practices,this study reviews the market-alignment logic and implementation of brands such as"Yunpeng-Changliu International"and"Lancang-Mekong Express."It further analyzes the brand's core value in building differentiated transportation advantages,fostering staff cohesion in service delivery,promoting deep integration between logistics and industry,and improving the modern logistics system.To address the challenges such as geographical limitations and efficiency bottlenecks in brand development,optimization strategies are proposed across multiple dimensions:international market expansion,service process refinement,concept-driven guidance,product-supply enhancement,brand-value elevation,management mechanism innovation,and industrial synergy.These strategies aim to support the China-Laos Railway in becoming a benchmark for crossborder logistics under the Belt and Road Initiative and to advance trade upgrading and regional economic coordination between China and Southeast Asia.
