摘要
在全球经济格局深度调整与我国产业结构加速转型的条件下,铁路物流迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,客户对物流服务的质量要求越来越高。通过阐释“三链”协同理论,以“三链”协同理论为核心视角,探讨铁路现代物流体系构建的理论逻辑,重点剖析当前铁路物流在产业链衔接、供应链协同、价值链分配等方面的现实堵点。铁路与产业空间的“地理失配”、多式联运“连而不畅”的协同困局、收益分配失衡和价值创造不足,是当前铁路现代物流体系“三链”协同面临的困境。从空间布局重构、体制机制创新、价值链条延伸3个维度,提出铁路现代物流体系转型发展路径,有效提升铁路现代物流的系统性效能与产业链协同水平,最终实现“共赢链”发展目标。
Against the backdrop of profound adjustments in the global economic landscape and the accelerated transformation of China's industrial structure,railway logistics faces unprecedented opportunities for development,while customers'expectations for logistics service quality continue to rise.By elaborating the"Three-Chain"Synergy Theory as a core analytical framework,this paper investigates the theoretical logic underpinning the construction of a modern railway logistics system,with a particular focus on identifying current bottlenecks in industrial chain linkage,supply chain coordination,and value chain distribution.Key challenges impeding the synergistic integration of the three chains in the modern railway logistics system include:a"geographical mismatch"between railway networks and industrial clusters,the"connected yet inefficient"coordination dilemma in multimodal transportation,imbalanced benefit distribution,and insufficient value creation.From three dimensions:spatial layout restructuring,institutional and mechanism innovation,and value chain extension,the study proposes a transformation and development approach for the modern railway logistics system.This approach aims to effectively enhance the systemic efficiency of railway logistics and the industrial chain collaboration,finally achieving the developmental objectives of fostering a"win-win chain".
