摘要
存量时代下,社区可持续发展已成为城市更新的重要议题。本文基于可持续发展理念,采用文献研究、案例分析与实地调研相结合的方法,从社区规划与治理、公共空间与设施建设、旧里更新、环境保护4个维度,系统梳理上海社区更新的实践策略。在此基础上,深入剖析其更新过程中存在的不可持续性问题,并借鉴国际先进做法与成功经验。研究成果可为我国城市社区的可持续更新提供方法指导。
In the stock era,sustainable development of communities has become an important issue in urban regeneration.This article is based on the concept of sustainable development,and comprehensively uses literature research,case analysis,and field research methods to systematically sort out the practical strategies of community regeneration in Shanghai from four dimensions:community planning and governance,public space and facility construction,old alley regeneration,and environmental protection.On this basis,this study deeply analyzes the unsustainable issues that exist in the process of community regeneration,and draw on international advanced experience and practices for reference.The research results can provide methodological guidance for the sustainable regeneration of urban communities in China.
