摘要
【目的】为后续节能监管措施优化与技术升级提供数据支撑,助力工业领域节能减排与可持续发展。【方法】依托锅炉能效与排放测试数据计算与管理平台,对2024年全国工业锅炉产品能效测试数据进行分类统计,重点分析燃料、燃烧方式、容量等与锅炉热效率、排烟温度和过量空气系数的关系。【结果】2024年锅炉产品能效共测试690台,从输出工质看,蒸汽锅炉数量最多,热水锅炉数量最少;从燃料看,燃气和燃生物质锅炉的数量最多,燃煤和燃液体燃料的锅炉数量最少。2024年锅炉产品测试热效率算术平均值为93.30%,测试平均热效率随着锅炉容量的增大先增大后减小。【结论】通过分析2024年锅炉产品能效测试的整体情况,明晰了当前我国工业锅炉能效现状,揭示了我国工业锅炉能效的关键影响因素,为行业节能升级及监管优化提供参考。
[Purposes]To provide data support for the subsequent optimization of energy-saving supervision measures and technological upgrading,and to contribute to energy conservation,emission reduction,and sustainable development in the industrial sector.[Methods]Based on the"Boiler Energy Efficiency and Emission Test Data Calculation and Management Platform",this paper conducts a classified statistical analysis of the national industrial boiler product energy efficiency test data in 2024.It focuses on analyzing the relationships between fuel type,combustion method,capacity,and boiler thermal efficiency,exhaust gas temperature,and excess air coefficient.[Findings]A total of 690 boilers underwent energy efficiency testing in 2024.In terms of output working fluid,steam boilers accounted for the largest number,while hot water boilers were the fewest.In terms of fuel type,gas-fired and biomass-fired boilers had the largest numbers,while coal-fired and liquid fuel-fired boilers had the smallest numbers.The arithmetic average of the tested thermal efficiency in 2024 was 93.30%.The average tested thermal efficiency initially increased and then decreased as the boiler capacity increased.[Conclusions]By analyzing the overall situation of boiler product energy efficiency testing in 2024,this paper clarifies the current status of industrial boiler energy efficiency in China,reveals the key influencing factors of industrial boiler energy efficiency,and provides references for industrial energy-saving upgrading and supervision optimization.
