贯流式锅炉低氮改造能效响应及其关键参数演变规律

摘要 贯流式锅炉凭借其结构紧凑、占地面积小、自动化程度高以及能效高、响应快等显著优势,在锅炉市场中的占有率持续提升。本研究选取93台贯流式蒸汽锅炉作为样本开展调查分析,对其在进行低氮改造后的锅炉能效和与能效有关的排烟温度、过量空气系数等参数进行比对分析,结果显示改造后的锅炉能效有一定提升,过量空气系数与排烟温度均呈下降趋势,且其数据一致性有所提高。该研究表明低氮改造有助于降低贯流式锅炉的污染排放与能耗,契合国家对低氮燃烧技术的强制推广要求,为政策制定者量化减排目标、推广低氮技术提供了可验证的科学依据。 With its significant advantages such as compact structure,small footprint,high automation,high thermal efficiency,and rapid response,once-through boilers have been continuously increasing their market share.In this study,94 once-through steam boilers were selected as samples for investigation and analysis.A comparative analysis was conducted on the boiler energy efficiency and related parameters(e.g.,exhaust gas temperature,excess air coefficient)after low-nitrogen retrofitting.The results showed that the energy efficiency of the transformed boilers was improved to a certain extent,while both the excess air coefficient and exhaust gas temperature showed a downward trend,with enhanced data consistency.This study indicates that low-nitrogen transformation helps reduce pollutant emissions and energy consumption of once-through boilers,which is in line with the national mandatory promotion requirements for low-nitrogen combustion technology.It provides verifiable scientific evidence for policymakers to quantify emission reduction targets and promote low-nitrogen technologies.
