摘要
针对某工业厂房塑封压机启停阶段引起二层楼面竖向振动过大的问题,对二层楼面进行了振动测试查明振动原因并对楼面结构进行了安全性评估。根据振动测试和安全性评估结果,楼盖结构存在共振情况,实测最大峰值加速度为0.34m/s^(2);每台设备振动荷载为36kN;主梁、次梁存在承载力不足的问题。通过振动原因分析,采用在塑封压机底部设置高挠度阻尼弹簧隔振器进行振动控制,同时优化塑封压机数量及布置,解决楼面结构承载力不足的问题。设置隔振器后同时启动多台设备,楼盖结构测点的实测最大峰值加速度降低至0.025m/s^(2),隔振效率超过90%,人体无振感,隔振器隔振效率优异,每台设备传递的振动荷载减小为1.3kN,隔振后楼面结构承载力满足要求。
In response to the problem of excessive vertical vibration on the second floor caused by the start-up and shutdown phases of the plastic sealing press in a certain industrial plant,a vibration test was conducted on the second floor to identify the cause of the vibration,and a safety assessment of the floor structure was carried out.Based on the results of vibration tests and safety assessments,the floor structure resonance was detected,and the measured maximum peak acceleration was 0.34 m/s^(2).The vibration load of each device was 36 kN,and the main beams and secondary beams had insufficient bearing capacity.Through vibration cause analysis,high deflection damping spring vibration isolators were set at the bottom of the plastic sealing press for vibration control,and the problem of insufficient floor structure bearing capacity was solved by optimizing the number and layout of the plas-tic sealing press.After installing the vibration isolators and simultaneously starting multiple devices,the meas-ured maximum peak acceleration at the measurement points of the floor structure was reduced to 0.025 m/s^(2),with a vibration isolation efficiency of over 90%,and no vibration was felt by humans.The vibration isolation efficiency of the vibration isolators was excellent,and the vibration load transmitted by each device was reduced to 1.3 kN.After vibration isolation,the bearing capacity of the floor structure met the requirements.
