摘要
针对某厂房主次梁式楼板在机器扰力作用下的有害振动问题,首先综合现场振动实测与动力特性、动力响应有限元分析揭示了楼板竖向振动机理,然后以楼板结构模态等效阻尼比、竖向加速度减振率与TMD行程作为楼板减振性能指标,分别给出了单一频率扰力作用下工业厂房楼板减振用TMD的设计频率、安装位置确定原则,开展了TMD的质量比与阻尼比参数化分析,最后总结建立了TMD减振优化设计流程。结果表明:单一频率机器扰力作用下厂房楼板结构呈现典型的强迫振动特征,楼板主振动频率与扰力频率相等;TMD设计频率应取为机器扰力频率,TMD宜布置在机器扰力作用位置,TMD质量比和阻尼比参数需要结合减振性能指标优化确定。
Towards the issue about harmful vibrations of an industrial building's main and secondary girder floor subjected to machine excitation,vertical vibration,mechanism of the floor is firstly investigated via both field vibration test and finite-element dynamic analysis.Next,taking structural modal equivalent damping ratio,structural vertical acceleration vibration mitigation ratio as well as the stroke of the tuned mass damper(TMD)as vibration control performance index,the principle on design frequency and installation location of TMDs for the industrial building floor under single frequency excitation is given,and the effects of mass ratio and damping ratio of the TMD on the defined performance index are analysed.Finally,the optimum design flow chart of the TMD for the machine-induced vertical vibration damping of the floor is established.The results show that:the floor subjected to single frequency machine excitation behaves like typical forced vibration characteristics,while the dominant vibration frequency of the floor equals to that of machine excitation;the frequency of the TMD should be taken as that of machine excitation,while the location of the TMD should be arranged in the excitation location of the machine;the mass ratio and damping ratio of the TMD need to be optimized with respect to prescribed performance index.
