延长石油“十四五”油气工程技术新进展及未来发展方向

摘要 为应对鄂尔多斯盆地低渗、致密及非常规油气藏开发难题,支撑“稳油扩气”战略实施,系统梳理了延长石油“十四五”期间油气工程关键技术进展并提出了未来发展方向。“十四五”期间,延长石油通过工程技术创新,研发并规模应用油田浅层超浅层水平井、大井丛优快钻井、CO_(2)混合压裂、智能间歇采油及精细化排水采气等新技术,钻井周期缩短了33.78%,压裂提产50%以上,机械采油单井节约用电20%~48%,新技术的应用有效推动油田采收率提升2.03%、气田增产超10%,支撑其在“十四五”末油气当量突破2000×10^(4) t。当前延长石油面临老区稳产、深层开发、智能化转型等挑战,未来将深化智能导钻、CCUS集成、全生命周期排水采气等技术研发,助推延长石油实现低碳智能转型和持续稳产。 To address the development challenges of low-permeability,tight,and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs in the Ordos Basin and support the strategy of“stabilizing oil production and expanding gas output”,the key advancements in oil and gas engineering technologies achieved by Yanchang Petroleum during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period were systematically reviewed,and future development directions were proposed.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,through engineering technology innovation,Yanchang Petroleum has developed and scaled up the application of new technologies such as shallow and ultra-shallow horizontal wells in oilfields,optimized fast drilling in large well clusters,CO_(2) hybrid fracturing,intelligent intermittent oil production,and refined dewatering gas production,etc.As a result,the drilling cycle has been shortened by 33.78%;fracturing productivity has increased by over 50%,and mechanical oil production has achieved single-well electricity savings of 20%–48%.The application of these new technologies has effectively increased oilfield recovery rates by 2.03%and boosted gas field production by over 10%,supporting the breakthrough of 2000×10^(4) t of oil and gas equivalent by the end of the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.Currently,Yanchang Petroleum faces challenges such as maintaining stable production in old areas,deep-layer development,and intelligent transformation.In the future,it will deepen the research and development of technologies such as intelligent guided drilling, CCUS integration, and full lifecycle water drainage and gas production, so as to facilitate Yanchang Petroleum’s low-carbon intelligent transformation and sustained stable production.
