摘要
研究生教育质量关乎高层次人才培养与国家竞争力,当前存在治理主体协同不足、资源分配不均、创新能力培养欠缺等问题。文章基于知识生产的理论视角,从系统构成论与系统生成论剖析研究生教育质量治理的内在逻辑。系统构成论强调要素功能重置与依存关系,系统生成论注重要素共生及拉链关系构建。在此基础上,提出优化教育投入、运行及培养机制等共生要素治理与协同、竞争激励、评价约束关系治理的实践策略,旨在构建良性知识生态系统,推动研究生教育高质量发展。
The quality of graduate education is crucial for cultivating high-level talent and enhancing national competitiveness.Current challenges include insufficient coordination among governance entities,uneven resource allocation,and a lack of innovation capacity development.Based on the theoretical perspective of knowledge production,this article analyzes the internal logic of graduate education quality governance from the perspectives of system composition theory and system generation theory.System composition theory emphasizes the reconfiguration of functional elements and their interdependencies,while system generation theory focuses on the symbiosis of elements and the construction of chain-like relationships.Building on this foundation,the study proposes practical strategies for optimizing the governance of symbiotic elements-such as educational investment,operational mechanisms,and training systems-alongside the governance of coordination,competitive incentives,and evaluative constraints.These measures aim to establish a healthy knowledge ecosystem and promote the high-quality development of graduate education.
