思维导图与BOPPPS融合教学在麻醉学住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨将思维导图(MM)嵌入BOPPPS框架对麻醉学住院医师规范化培训质量的影响。方法:选取2022年10月至2024年12月在广东药科大学附属第一医院麻醉科轮转的60名住院医师为研究对象,按照计算机随机化法分为N组(新教学模式组)和T组(传统教学模式),各30人。N组住院医师采用“MM+BOPPPS”六步融合教学(课前导图设计→情境导入→目标→预评价→参与式学习→后评价+小结),T组住院医师采用传统讲授+病例互动教学。比较两组住院医师入科前及教学后操作技能及临床诊疗综合能力。结果:教学后,N组住院医师操作适应证、相关解剖和操作技术的理解,操作前准备,止痛镇静,技术能力,沟通技能及整体表现评分均高于T组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,N组住院医师医疗面谈、体格检查、临床判断、组织效能及整体表现评分均高于T组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MM-BOPPPS融合策略可同步提升麻醉住院医师的操作精度与临床决策能力。 Objective To explore the impact of embedding mind mapping(MM)into the BOPPPS framework on the quality of standardized training for anesthesiology residents.Methods Sixty residents rotating in the department of anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from October 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a N group(new teaching model group)and a T group(traditional teaching model group),with 30 residents in each group.The N group residents were taught using the"MM+BOPPPS"six-step integrated teaching method(pre-class mind map design→situational introduction→objectives→pre-assessment→participatory learning→post-assessment+summary),while the T group residents were taught using traditional lectures and case interactions.The operational skills and comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment abilities of the residents in both groups before entering the department and after teaching were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of the N group residents in terms of understanding of indications,relevant anatomy,and operation techniques,pre-operation preparation,pain relief and sedation,technical ability,communication skills,and overall performance were all higher than those of the T group residents,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of the N group residents in medical interviews,physical examinations,clinical judgment,organizational efficiency,and overall performance were all higher than those of the T group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The MM-BOPPPS integration strategy can simultaneously enhance the operational precision and clinical decision-making ability of anesthesiology residents.
