摘要
针对朔黄铁路重载列车对道岔造成的损伤问题,研究了爆炸预硬化高锰钢叉心拼装辙叉的养护维修策略。通过分析高锰钢叉心拼装辙叉的结构特点和主要损伤形式,提出了针对性的养护维修措施,包括道床捣固、高锰钢心轨翼轨顶面及圆弧打磨,以及及时有效的在线焊补技术。工程实践表明,通过系统实施上述措施,显著延长了辙叉使用寿命,提高了铁路运输的安全性和效率。
In response to the damage caused by heavy-haul trains to turnouts on the Shuohuang Railway,the maintenance and repair strategies for assembled frogs featuring explosion-prehardened high manganese steel frog centers were investigated.By analyzing the structural characteristics and primary damage forms of these assembled frogs,corresponding maintenance measures were proposed,including ballast tamping,grinding of the top surfaces and arcs of the high manganese steel switch rails and wing rails,along with timely and effective online welding repair technology.Engineering practice demonstrates that the systematic implementation of these measures significantly extends the service life of the frogs and enhances the safety and efficiency of railway transportation.
