摘要
本研究利用爆炸硬化方法对高锰钢进行不同程度的预硬化处理,测试了水韧处理和爆炸硬化高锰钢的冲击磨料磨损行为。通过对比不同冲击功作用下高锰钢的微观组织、硬度和磨损形貌,分析了不同硬化状态高锰钢的耐磨性。研究结果表明,当冲击功为2 J时,高锰钢冲击试样表面达到饱和硬度值的时间随初始硬度增大而缩短,耐磨性随初始硬度增大而提高。当冲击功为4 J时,不同硬化状态高锰钢冲击试样表面达到饱和硬度值的时间基本相同,爆炸硬化一次处理的高锰钢试样获得了最佳的耐磨性。不同冲击功作用下,高锰钢的耐磨性与高锰钢的初始硬度及硬化过程密切相关。
In the present study,Hadfield steel was treated by explosion hardening to obtain different pre-hardening conditions.The impact abrasive wear behavior of water-quenched and explosion-hardened Hadfield steels were tested.Wear resistances of the Hadfield steel with different hardening conditions were analyzed through comparing the microstructure,hardness,and wear morphology.Results showed that under the impact energy of 2 J,the time needed to reach a saturated hardness decreased and the wear resistance improved with the increase in the initial hardness of the Hadfield steel.While under the impact energy of 4 J,the time needed to reach a saturated hardness was almost the same for Hadfield steel with different hardening conditions,and the one explosion-hardened for once presented the best wear resistance.The wear resistance of Hadfield steel was highly related to the initial hardness and hardening process under different impact energies.
