摘要
目的探讨家庭参与式护理(FIC)对早产儿出院家庭准备度的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2025年1月南通市第一人民医院收治的60例早产儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为常规组和FIC组,各30例。常规组予以传统护理,FIC组在传统护理基础上予以FIC,两组均干预至出院前。比较两组干预前后早产儿出院家庭准备度、家属焦虑程度及出院后1、2个月纯母乳喂养率及再入院率。结果干预后,FIC组适应能力、个人状态、预期性支持及出院家庭准备度总分均高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,FIC组焦虑自评量表评分低于常规组(P<0.05);FIC组出院后1、2个月纯母乳喂养率均高于常规组,再入院率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论FIC可提高早产儿出院家庭准备度和纯母乳喂养率,缓解家属焦虑程度,降低早产儿再入院率。
Objective To explore the influence of family-integrated care(FIC)on the family readiness of premature infants at discharge.Methods A total of 60 premature infants admitted to Nantong First People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects of this study.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the conventional group and the FIC group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was given the conventional nursing,while the FIC group was given the FIC on the basis of the conventional nursing.Both groups were cared until discharge.The family readiness for discharge of premature infants and the anxiety level of family members before and after the intervention,the exclusive breastfeeding rate and the readmission rate at one and two months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the adaptability,personal state,anticipatory support scores and total score of readiness for hospital discharge in the FIC group were all higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale score of the FIC group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rates of the FIC group at one and two months after discharge were both higher than those of the conventional group,while the readmission rates were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The FIC has been demonstrated to have a number of benefits,including the enhancement of family readiness for the discharge of premature infants,the promotion of exclusive breastfeeding,the alleviation of anxiety among family members,and the reduction of the readmission rate of premature infants.
