摘要
目的:探讨腹针联合度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月东莞东华医院收治的100例广泛性焦虑障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组使用度洛西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用腹针治疗。对比两组临床疗效、焦虑症状评分、生活质量以及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.003);治疗2、4、6周,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、4、6周,观察组世界卫生组织生活质量简表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间无明显不良反应发生。结论:腹针联合度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的效果显著,可有效缓解焦虑症状,提高其生活质量,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of abdominal acupuncture combined with duloxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:A total of 100 patients with generalized anxiety disorder admitted to Dongguan Tungwah Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with duloxetine,while the observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,anxiety symptom scores,quality of life,and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.003).At 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 6 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale and selfrating anxiety scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of the World Health Organization quality of life brief scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of abdominal acupuncture and duloxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder has a significant effect,and can effectively relieve anxiety symptoms,improve the quality of life,with good safety.
