摘要
阳痿是男科最常见的疾病之一,其发病逐渐呈现年轻化趋势,且病因病机更为复杂,疾病发生发展的影响因素众多,单一角度的辨证和治疗难以达到理想的效果。《黄帝内经》中“异法方宜,杂合以治”思想是中医特色治疗理念,本文试从该指导思想出发,基于阳痿的核心病机,结合对天、地、人、病四个维度的临床观察,分析四时节律、地域特色、个人状态及合并病对阳痿的影响,运用内服、外用、药物与非药物疗法综合论治阳痿,为临床阳痿的论治提供新的诊疗思路。
Impotence is one of the most common diseases in andrology,the incidence of the disease is gradually showing a younger trend,and the etiology and pathogenesis are more complex,and there are many factors affecting the occurrence and development of the disease,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment from a single level are difficult to achieve ideal results.In Huangdi Neijing,the idea of"treatment adapted to individual differences and combined therapy"is the characteristic treatment idea of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the guiding ideology,this paper tries to analyze the influence of the four-time rhythm,regional characteristics,personal status and combined diseases on impotence based on the core pathogenesis of impotence,combined with the clinical observation of the four dimensions of sky,earth,man and disease.The comprehensive treatment of impotence by internal administration,external application,drug and non-drug therapy is applied to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical impotence.
