摘要
以象岭隧道工程为背景,系统研究隧道湿喷机械手施工工艺参数对喷射混凝土回弹率的影响,旨在优化施工过程、降低回弹率,从而提升工程质量与作业效率。提出一种简便快捷的回弹率现场测定方法,结合现场实测数据与理论计算,深入分析喷层厚度、喷射距离、喷射角度及系统风压等关键参数对回弹率的影响规律。结果表明:在隧道拱部初喷阶段,每次喷层厚度宜为5~6 cm,层间间隔时间以5~8 min为宜,建议采用垂直喷射方式,喷射距离0.6~1.0 m,工作风压0.4~0.5 MPa;边墙首次喷射厚度宜控制在4~6 cm,喷手下俯10°作业,喷射距离0.6~0.8 m,风压0.2~0.3 MPa;复喷阶段拱部喷层厚度以4~5 cm为宜,喷层间隔保持5~8 min。研究结论可为隧道湿喷机械手施工参数优化提供理论依据与实践参考。
This study systematically investigates the influence of construction parameters of the tunnel wet-spraying manipulator on the rebound rate of shotcrete based on the Xiangling Tunnel project.The research aims to optimize the construction process,reduce the rebound rate,and enhance both project quality and operational efficiency.A simple and efficient field measurement method for determining the rebound rate was proposed.By combining field measured data and theoretical calculations,the effects of key parameters—including spraying thickness,spraying distance,spraying angle,and system air pressure—on the rebound rate were thoroughly analyzed.The results indicate that during the initial spraying phase of the tunnel arch,the optimal layer thickness is 5-6 cm per pass,with an interval of 5-8 minutes between layers.Vertical spraying is recommended at a distance of 0.6-1.0 m and a working air pressure of 0.4-0.5 MPa.For the sidewalls,the initial spraying thickness should be controlled within 4-6 cm with a 10°downward tilt,a spraying distance of 0.6-0.8 m,and an air pressure of 0.2-0.3 MPa.During the secondary spraying stage on the arch,a layer thickness of 4-5 cm is advised,maintaining an interval of 5-8 minutes between layers.The findings of this study provide both theoretical and practical references for optimizing the construction parameters of tunnel wet-spraying manipulators.
