摘要
在围岩等级较差,部分区域岩石夹泥,超挖量大的情况下,某高原铁路隧道喷射混凝土的回弹率时常超过20%。此次工艺试验针对上述情况,在不改变原有施工条件的前提下,通过掺加水电七局研制的低掺量回弹抑制剂(掺量0.07%)将喷射混凝土回弹率由20.6%降低至6.8%。采用回弹抑制剂后,喷射混凝土抗冻性能、抗渗性能、抗氯离子渗透性能均提高,施工效率提升32.5%,每方喷射混凝土可节约109元。该研究结果表明回弹抑制剂对降低喷射混凝土的回弹率起显著作用,可以带来巨大的经济效益而具备广阔的应用前景。
In the case of poor surrounding rock grade,muddy rock in some areas,and large over-excavation,the rebound rate of sprayed concrete in a plateau railway tunnel is often more than 20%.In this process test,without changing the original construction conditions,the rebound rate of sprayed concrete was reduced from 20.6%to 6.8%by adding low content rebound inhibitor(0.07%)developed by Sinohydro Bureau 7 Co.,Ltd..After using rebound inhibitor,the frost resistance,impermeability and chloride ion permeability of sprayed concrete are improved,the construction efficiency is increased by 32.5%,and 109 yuan can be saved for each side of sprayed concrete.The results of this study show that the rebound inhibitor plays a significant role in reducing the rebound rate of sprayed concrete,can bring huge economic benefits and has a broad application prospect.
