黄土隧道湿喷混凝土配比及开挖工法优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 相比干喷混凝土技术,湿喷混凝土技术具有质量易控制、回弹率低、生产效率高、环境效益好等优势,近年来得到较好的发展与应用。然而,当前湿喷技术仍然存在混凝土回弹率过高、质量参差不齐、材料浪费等问题亟待解决,尤其针对黄土隧道工程的研究还较为匮乏。为此,本文开展了湿喷混凝土的配比优化室内试验,总结了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、速凝剂掺量对湿喷混凝土回弹率和强度的影响规律,并对隧道开挖工法进行了优化,获得一系列创新性结论,有效缩短了湿喷机械手距掌子面的工作距离,为湿喷机械手施工工艺在黄土隧道中的工程实践提供理论支撑。 Compared with dry spray concrete technology,wet spray concrete technology has advantages of easy quality control,low rebound rate,high production efficiency,and good environmental benefits,thus has been well developed and applied.However,the wet shotcrete technology still has problems such as excessively high concrete rebound rate,uneven quality and material waste that need to be solved urgently.In addition,research on loess tunnel projects is still relatively scarce.To solve this problem,the indoor tests for the proportion optimization of wet shotcrete is carried out in the article,the influence laws of water-binder ratio,fly ash content and accelerator content on the rebound rate and strength of wet shotcrete are summarized,the tunnel excavation method is optimized,and a series of innovative conclusions are obtained.Research results effectively shortens the working distance between the wet shotcrete manipulator and the working face,providing theoretical support for the engineering practice of the wet shotcrete manipulator construction technology in loess tunnels.
