摘要
通过追踪观察带钢厂主传动电机编码器在维护过程中出现的故障隐患,收集并分析编码器故障数据,深入探究轴承受力状况以及编码器机械安装设计中所存在的缺陷与问题。在此基础上,提出了采用测速组合系统替代原厂编码器机械安装方式的改造方案。该方案在实际应用中运行可靠且稳定,取得了令人满意的效果。
By tracking and observing the hidden trouble of the encoder in the maintenance process of the main drive motor of the belt steel plant,collecting and analyzing the encoder fault data,this paper deeply probes into the bearing stress condition and the defects and problems in the mechanical installation design of the encoder.On the basis of this,a technical transformation scheme is proposed to replace the mechanical installation of the original encoder with the combination system of velocity measurement.The scheme runs reliably and stably in practical application,and has achieved satisfactory results.
