摘要
为解决盾构法施工中盾构主驱动减速机失效问题,以北京市海淀区500 kV电力隧道工程为依托,结合以往盾构主驱动减速机修复经验,从主电机同步性、故障减速机解体、保险轴断裂及掘进参数等方面进行研究。得到盾构主驱动减速机失效的原因有:1)掘进参数不合理;2)二、三级减速机构滚动轴承失效。可为今后盾构法施工及减速机故障处理提供良好的决策依据。
In this paper, the causes for the failure of the main drive reducer of shield machines are studied in terms of synchronism of electric motor, disassembly of damaged reducer, break of safety axis and boring parameters of shield machine, with the shield machine for the 500 kV power tunnel in Haidian District in Beijing as an example. The main causes for the failure of the main drive reducer of the shield machine are as follows : 1 ) Irrational boring parameters ; 2) Failure of rolling bearing of the 2nd grade and the tertiary reducers. The paper can provide reference for shield boring and reducer failure treatment in the future.
