摘要
目的 分析溃疡性结肠炎患者中展开慢性病轨迹模式对其自我管理能力、病情控制效果产生的影响。方法 方便抽样法选取2022年1月至2024年1月消化内科诊疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者100例,以电脑随机数表法为依据分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组展开慢性病轨迹模式,对比2组的疾病感知水平、自我管理能力、病情控制效果及生活质量。结果 研究组的疾病感知问卷简化版(BIPQ)得分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的成人健康自我管理能力量表(AHSMSRS)高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的溃疡性结肠炎疾病活动指数(UCDAI)低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的炎症性肠病生存质量量表(IBDQ)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 溃疡性结肠炎患者中展开慢性病轨迹模式可获得较为满意的效果,不仅能够增强患者的疾病感知水平,提高其自我管理能力,而且还能促使患者病情控制效果升高,进一步提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effects of chronic disease trajectory pattern on the self-management ability and disease control in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 100 UC patients treated in the gastroenterology department from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected by convenient sampling method.They were randomly divided into the control group and study group according to computer random number table method,with 50 cases per group.Routine nursing,and the trajectory model of chronic disease were carried out in the control group and study group,respectively.The disease perception level,self-management ability,disease control effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)score was significantly lower,while the Adult Health Self-Management Skills Rating Scale(AHSMSRS)score was significantly higher in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).The Ulcerative Colitis Disease Activity Index(UCDAI)was significantly lower,while the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire(IBDQ)score was significantly higher in the study group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The development of chronic disease trajectory model in UC patients can obtain satisfactory results,which not only enhances the disease perception level of patients,improves their self-management ability,but also promotes the disease control effect of patients and further improves the quality of life.
