摘要
白藜芦醇是一种具有多种药理活性的天然多酚类化合物,近年其在炎症性疾病,尤其是痛风性关节炎中的作用受到广泛关注。白藜芦醇可通过多种机制(如抑制核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3炎症小体活化、调控核因子kB和信号转导和转录活化因子3等信号通路)干预痛风性关节炎的进展,以及通过促进尿酸排泄有效减轻关节炎症反应与组织损伤。此外,白藜芦醇还具有抗氧化、免疫调节和组织保护等作用。未来,深入探讨白藜芦醇在痛风性关节炎中的抗炎与代谢调控作用机制及其临床转化可为其治疗提供新的思路和策略。
Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic compound with multiple pharmacological activities.In recent years,its role in inflammatory diseases,especially gouty arthritis,has received extensiveattention.Resveratrol can intervene in the progression of gouty arthritis through multiple mechanisms,such as inhibiting the activation of nucleotide-binding oligomeriza tion domain-like receptor protein 3 inflammasome,regulating signaling pathways such as nuclear factor-kB and signal trans ducer and activator of transcription 3,and effectively alleviate joint inflammatory responses and tissue damage by promoting uric acid excretion.In addition,resveratrol also has antioxidant,immunomodulatory and tissue protective effects.In the future,in-depth exploration of the anti-inflammatory and metabolic regulatory mechanisms of resveratrol in gouty arthritis and its clinical transformation can provide new ideas and strategies for its treatment.
